📅 Terms & Elections
Officers serve 6-month terms. Elections are held twice a year, and all members in good standing are welcome to run.
🏅Roles Defined :
President
Leads the club, presides over meetings, sets the tone, and ensures goals are met.
Vice President Education (VPE)
Plans meetings, tracks members' progress, and schedules speeches and roles.
Vice President Membership (VPM)
Recruits new members, engages current ones, and supports membership growth.
Vice President Public Relations (VPPR)
Promotes the club via social media, newsletters, and community outreach.
Secretary
Maintains records, meeting minutes, and club correspondence.
Treasurer
Manages club finances, collects dues, and keeps financial records.
Sergeant at Arms (SAA)
Opens meetings with the Pledge of Allegiance, introduces the President, and helps maintain meeting flow and virtual order.
